Carl D. Partlow, 79, went home to be with the Lord on October 1st, 2021. Born to James and Wilma (Greer) Partlow, he was a lifelong resident of Akron, Ohio. Carl served in the U.S. Army and was a long-time manager of Country Kitchen restaurant. He was a very sociable person who loved fishing, riding his motorcycle, woodworking, and especially spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by his sister, Denise, and his brother, Michael. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 58 years, Ruth; children, Michael (Laura) Partlow, Vickie (John) Webb, and Connie (Bill) Tuck; grandchildren, John and Megan Webb, and Crystal Cook; siblings, Jim Partlow and Sherrie Conner; many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no formal services. At a later time, we will have a celebration of life gathering. His ashes will be taken to Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery where military honors will take place.
