Rita E. Warner, 62, of Akron, passed naturally on November 22, 2017 surrounded by her family after a longtime illness. She was born on July 1, 1955 to the late Helen G. and Raymond A. Warner Sr. Rita loved sewing and crafting, such as plastic canvas, quilting, needlepoint, crocheting and knitting. She also loved boating and camping. Rita was a loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend.

Rita will be deeply missed by her immediate family; brothers, Raymond A. Warner Jr. and Richard E. (Cheryl) Warner Sr.; nephews, Robert and Richard "Ricky" Warner Jr.; nieces, Lindsey Warner and Jessica Warner-Van Arsdale; grand-nephew, Lucas Warner; grandnieces, Lauren Prough, Mackynzie, Miranda, and Stephanie Van Arsdale; and longtime friends, Shirley Dinardi and Gary Singleton.

Friends and family are welcome to share memories with the family at Newcomer 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron 44305 on Saturday December 16, 2017 from 12pm-2pm with a memorial service to immediately follow.
