Pastor Barry Lewis Creekmore
Pastor Barry Lewis Creekmore, 58, of Atwater, went home to be with the Lord on July 5, 2015. Barry was born in Akron, Ohio on September 26, 1956. A devoted follower of the Lord, Barry pastored Living Water Ministries in Akron. He was also the Director of Security and Maintenance for InfoCision Management Corp. Barry was a member of the NRA and the Canton McKinley Rifle and Pistol Club. He also was on the Board of the Petrosino Personal Well Being Foundation. He had a black belt in martial arts and loved his motorcycle, his horses, and hunting.
He was a devoted husband, father, and son. Barry was preceded in death by his father, Lewis Creekmore. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 25 years, Vickie; children, Nicole (Jason) Zittle, Brandon Creekmore, Dakota Creekmore, and Shane Creekmore (Carrie); mother and stepfather, Evalee and Lester Pointer; sister, Shelly (Russ) Dizdar; grandchildren, Noah and Jordyn Zittle; parents-in-law, Linda and Verlin Weaver; many other relatives and friends.
Family and friends may call on Friday, July 10, 2015 from 4-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Living Water Ministries, 624 Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44312.
