William Wemmer

William S. Wemmer "Bill", age 71, of Akron, passed away, Thursday, September 10, 2026. 

Bill was born September 09, 1955, to the late Marietta and George Wemmer in Akron, Ohio, where he has lived all of his life. Bill graduated from Tallmadge High School in 1973. He worked as a carpenter in the area for the past 40 years. And most recently, Bill retired from Air Enterprises in 2026.

Bill is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Leslie Wemmer, his sister, Shelby Wemmer, his beloved fur babies, Burt and Mabel, and many friends.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Leslie Kay Wemmer. 

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
