William T. Stanley, 55, passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2016. William was born on September 30, 1960 to John and Delores Stanley. He worked for Akron Public School System for over 30 years. Bill graduated from Akron East High School in 1980. William is preceded in death by his parents, John and Delores Stanley; brother, Jim Stanley; aunt, Claire Mostyn.
He is survived by his children, William T. Stanley Jr. and Erin Stanley; grandchildren, Abigail Stanley and Ayden Hawkins; brother, John (Janet) Stanley; sisters, Rose (Don) Lewis, Anne Miller, Caroline (Joe) Lammlein, former wife and best friend Janet Stanley, many nieces, nephews and friends who will miss Bill dearly.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society, 7996 Darrow Rd., Twinsburg OH, 44087 in William's honor.
