William E. Norris, 81, of Akron, passed away on June 13, 2018. He was born in Cadiz, OH to the late Carl and Gayle Norris. He was an avid Cleveland Indians fan, hunter, car enthusiast, and loved trips to Walnut Creek.
In addition to his parents, William was preceded in death by his nephew, Brian Bross. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Dolly; son, Jack (Dannette); daughter, Beth (Bill) Whittaker; sister, Ina Bross; and several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends on Saturday June 23, 2018 from 10-12pm with the memorial service immediately following at Newcomer Funeral Home 131 N. Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44305.
