William Hinkle

William S. Hinkle, 65, of Akron, passed away on August 19, 2015 at Ridgewood Hospice of Visiting Nurse Center. He was born on December 12, 1949. William was a devoted husband and father. He enjoyed playing golf and was an avid Ohio State football fan, as well as a member of the American Legion post 566 .
He was preceded in death by his father, William S. Hinkle; mother, Betty Defago; brother, Jeffrey Hinkle; spouse, Judith Hinkle.
William is survived by his children, Brian (Cheri) Hinkle of Barberton, OH,Tracy (John) DiGiammarino of Barberton, OH, Scott (Michelle) Hinkle of Las Vegas NV; Brothers, Gerald (Freddie) Hinkle, Dennis Hinkle; Sister, Judy (Kenneth) Sellers. As well as 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Monday, August 24, 2015, from 6:00 pm. to 8:00 pm. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road.Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2015, 11:00 a.m. visitation , funeral service at11:30 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home,131 N. Canton Rd. Akron OH, 44305. In lieu of flowers leave a donation to Ridgewood Hospice of Visiting Nurse Center.
