Vivian Yvonne Halman, 78, passed away January 6, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Jewell Shackelford; and sisters, Opal Satterly and Janet Howard. Vivian is survived by her children, Vickie Hudson and Richard Halman; grandsons, Ryan (Jen) Derhammer, Zachary (Mary) Hudson, Eric Dishman, and Rob Halman; great-granddaughter, Evelyn Jane Hudson; sister, Elsie Bachand; and loving nieces and nephews. A memorial gathering will be held Sunday, January 9, from 5 to 7 pm where a service will follow at 7 pm with Rev. Fleary Spurlock officiating.
