Vito A. Bavaro, 74, passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2013. He was born on August 15, 1939 in Italy to the late Louigi and Domenica Bavaro. He retired from Brach's Candy Company and enjoyed time spent with his children's families in both the Akron and Chicago areas. Vito is survived by sons, Vito L. (Theresa) Bavaro and Donald Bavaro, daughter Domenica (Jose) Hernandez and many other friends and relatives.
Friends may call 5-7 PM on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, October 18, 2013 at the funeral home. Final resting place will be at Hillside Memorial Park.
