Virginia M. Conard

Virginia Marcel Conard (Smith, Enos) 87, Rootstown, OH passed away on July 18, 2026 following a brief illness.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Ruby Enos; her four of her children; Macel Smith, Shirley Smith, Franklin Smith, and Raymond Smith; brothers, Jimmy and Kenny of Ohio; and sister, Ruth Smith of Whitesburg, TN.

Virginia is survived by her sons, Donald Smith of Florida, Paul Smith of Newton Falls, OH, David Conard of Ohio, daughter, Beverly (Carl) Allen of Rootstown, OH; sisters, Betty Chicki of Ohio and Janet Balthis of Akron, OH. She is also survived by her grandchildren, and great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

There will be no viewing or memorial service.
