Viola May Green

Viola May Green,81 , of Akron, passed away December 20, 2014. Viola was born in Weston, West Virginia on February 23, 1933 to the late Floyd and Mary Strader. In her free time, she enjoyed, crafts. In addition to her parents, Viola was preceded in death by her loving partner, Ronzel Jarvis; son, Harry Strader and grandson, Jessie Harris; brother, Floyd Strader and sister, Ellen Young. She is survived by daughters, Margie (Robert) Hogue, Margaret Fish, Patricia (Mike) Conrad, Donna Harris; sons, Edward Hawkins and Nathan Harris; sisters, Mabel Jefferies, Mary McMasters, Patricia (Robert) Hitchcock, and Shirley (Joe) Greathouse; brother, Ralph Strader; 14 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; care give, Wanda Starcher. Family and friends may call on, Monday, December 29, 2014 from 4 to 6pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Road, Akron, where funeral services will follow at 6:00 pm. Private burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
