Tommie L. Elton

Tommie L. Elton, 77, of Akron, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2025. She was born in October 16, 1947 in Henderson, Tennessee to the late David and Iona (Edwards) Fry.

As a faithful Jehovah's Witness, Tommie attended the Thornton Congregation Kingdom Hall for many years. In her free time, Tommie enjoyed watching softball and spending time with her beloved family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Tommie was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Fry.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Lamont Fry, Tamara Fry, and Jahmal Fry; brothers, David (Arella) Fry and Robert (Mary) Fry; and host of loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Per Tommie's wishes, her family will honor her life privately.
