Timothy J. Van Nostran

Timothy J. Van Nostran , 82, of Akron, passed away March 31, 2025. Timothy was born in Akron, Ohio on December 15, 1942 to the late Harry and Nellie Van Nostran. Timothy retired from Goodyear after 30 years of dedicated service. He was an avid Cleveland sports fan. In his early years he was former Semi-Pro basketball player for The Goodyear Wingfoots.

In addition to his parents, Timothy was preceded in death by his loving wife Marian of 53 years; son Todd; siblings Karen, Elzora, Marilyn, and Jack.

Timothy is survived by his son, Eric R. Van Nostran; daughter-in-law Lisa Van Nostran; grandchildren Marlowe Van Nostran, Erica Van Nostran, Nicolas Van Nostran, Matthew Van Nostran; and many other nieces, nephews, and friends.
