Thomas L. DeVenture, 75, of Akron, passed away March 26, 2005. He was born January 8, 1930 in Akron to the late Louis & Mary DeVenture. Thomas was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church and Eagles Lodge 555. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by 2 brothers and a sister. Thomas is survived by daughters, Karen, Roberta, Nikki, Brittany; sons, Gary, Terry, Anthony; sister, Elsie Robison; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren. Family and friends may call Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior.
