Thomas Clements, 75, of Kent, passed away August 6, 2014. Thomas was born in Akron, Ohio, on February 7, 1939 to the late Thomas and Pauline Clements. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy as a Radarman and M.P. during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Thomas retired from Ford Motor Company Walton Hills Stamping Plant after 30 years of service. He was a member of the V.F.W and American Legion for many years. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and crossword puzzles, watching Jeopardy, and working on his farm in Southern Ohio. He is survived by Wife, Linda Clements of 48 years; seven children, Thomas Clements, Mark (Kim) Clements, Wendy (Ken) Deacon, Susan (Jay) Knepp, Jason (Lisa) Clements, April (Joe) Clements, and Tammy (Todd) Rainey; 13 grandsons, three granddaughters and one great grandson and one great granddaughter; sisters, Donna Jean (Jim) Greer, Pat Sabo and Claudia Kay (Don) Mills; two best friends, Lonnie Tackett and Lloyd Simmons.
