Teresa Trott Stilley

Teresa Trott Stilley, 72, of Maysville, NC, passed away on March 19, 2026 at her home in Akron, OH .

She was born on August 15, 1953 to Leroy and Catherine Trott in New Bern, NC.

Teresa worked as a Radiographer for Craven Regional Medical Center retiring after more than 25 years of service.

On February 26, 1984 married the love of her life Joseph Stilley.

She was a member of River Bend Fellowship Church New Bern, NC. During her tenure she was a Sunday School Teacher. She loved to make crafts, pottery, and painting.

Teresa is survived by her loving children, Steven (Chris) Stilley and Stephanie Stilley; grandchilden, Beth (Vex), Caleb (Natalie), Sam (Kenzie), Joseph, Jacob, Giuliana, Ava Grace, and Eli; sister-in-law, Nancy Trott; and nephew, TJ Trott.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Stilley; father, Leroy Trott; mother, Catherine Trott; and brother, Tom Trott; nephew, Michael Trott.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 24, 2026, 4:00 pm with funeral services at 5:00 pm at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Akron, Ohio with Pastor Jon Ashley officiating.

Interment will be at Dogwood Memorial Cemetery in Maysville, NC.
