In lieu of flowers donations to the ALS Association Northern Ohio Chapter and BodyScience 5975 Sunset Drive Suite 100 South Miami, FL 33143 (ALS Functional Clinic) would be appreciated. The ALS Association was critical for providing assistance for all of the alterations to the home and equipment that helped Tammy navigate ALS for the past five years. BodyScience is a functional health clinic that is focused on helping those with ALS overcome symptoms and overcome the disease. Tammy spent 5 weeks at the clinic and we feel was important on her stabilization over the last year and a half. We were so thankful to find Amy Jaramillo and her approach to ALS. She works very hard and is helping a lot of people reverse this disease.
Tammy’s life was a beautiful example of quiet strength, joyful giving, and unwavering faith. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched—and especially in the hearts of those who called her wife, mom, Grammy, daughter, sister and friend.
