Sydney C. Plante 79, passed away on May 24, 2015 after a long illness. She was born in Phoenix, AZ., spending most of her time there until moving to Uniontown in 2005. She was a wonderful nurse, and enjoyed taking care of family and friends. She will be missed by those who knew and loved her.
Sydney was preceded in death by parents, John and Hilda Bolin; and granddaughters, Michelle and Jennifer. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, William; daughters, Susan and Clara (Jim) Boyskey; son, William IV; one granddaughter, Sydney; five great-grandsons, Zachary, Rian, Neal, Joshua and Michael. At the request of the family, a private cremation has taken place.
