Susan M. Kiggans, 65, passed away on January 26, 2013.
She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church and enjoyed spending time with her family and attending car shows. Susan retired from Kent State University after 16 years of service.
Preceded in death by her mother, Edna Dobbs. Survivors include her beloved husband, Robert, of 45 years; sons, Robert E. (Ann) and Jeffrey (Beth) Kiggans; grandchildren, Leda, Delaney, Griffin, and Zoe; and many friends from her church and work.
Calling hours will be Thursday, 4-8 p.m., at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where a funeral service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
