Sue Ann Hulgin

Sue Ann Hulgin, 67, of Barberton, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 6, 2015. Sue was born in Spencer, West Virginia on October 13, 1947 to the late Oral and Maxine Meadows. She was a lifetime member of Grace Baptist Church and led many people to the Lord. She served as director of the children ministry at the church for many years. In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her sister, Janet Remmy; brothers, Dennis and Don Meadows. She is survived by husband, Jack Hulgin of 47 years; daughters, Jill (Eric) Jones, and Jenell (Brian) Goff; son, John (Charie) Hulgin; grandchildren, Matthew, Andrew, Hannah, John, Jacob, Abigail and Clayton; one great grandson, Ashton and many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Family and friends may call on,Tuesday, February 10, 2015 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home 131 N. Canton Road, Akron. Additional calling hours will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 from 10 to 11am at Grace Baptist Church, 704 N. Firestone Blvd. Akron, with funeral services to follow at 11am. Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery in Wadsworth. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the children ministry at Grace Baptist Church.
