Steven “Steve” Edward Hays entered this world on January 28, 1965, and entered into the arms of his Lord on March 19, 2026.

He is preceded in death by his Mother, Joella “Jo” Jane Hays, as well as his Father, Clinton “Ed” Edward Hays.

He is survived by his wife, Angela Hays; his mother-in-law, Nancy Vasil; his sister, Tracy Foltz (Tim); his brother, Dewey Hays (Marilyn); his children: Evelyn Marie Johnson, Heather Nicole Spurr (Ben), Bethany Grace Hays (Siah), Brandie Lynn Larkins, Louis Michael Hays, Poe, Jezebel, Rahab; his grandchildren: Skyler, Charity, Bryan (Taylor), Sean (Jenny), Bailey, Corey, Esperanza, Orion, Luna, and Tristan; his great-grandchildren: Kathleen, Eileen, and Alena; as well as countless nieces, nephews, and loved ones.

He was from Williamsville, Illinois & graduated from Williamsville High School. He considered Arizona and Ohio home.

He was a quiet leader with a constant sense of humor. He was a dignified man who commanded respect by the way he lived his life. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force with strength and honor. Steve's loyalty and dedication remained with him and showed in the way he cared for his family. He will be remembered for his integrity and the love he had for those around him.
