Steven W. Finley, 63, passed away July 3, 2022 after an extended illness. Born in Cleveland, Ohio to Elmer and Fleur (Jones) Finley, he lived in Hiram for several years before relocating to Akron. Steve enjoyed motorcycles, hunting, tinkering in his garage, canning, cooking, being outdoors, entertaining family and friends.
He will be sadly missed by his daughters, Bridget Lassiter, Amanda Finley; grandchildren, Taelynn, LeRyann, Jayveon, Braydnn, Ja'Niyah, Ja'Karah, Carlos; siblings, Kathy (Ron) Gray, Jeff (Paula) Finley, Diane (Gary) Ostrowski, TexAnne Rahach; nieces, nephews and friends.
Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will have a celebration of Steve's life at a later date. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Steve's name to the charity of their choice.
