Steven T. Dawson

Steven Thomas Dawson, 46, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away on June 7, 2026 at his home.

He was born on April 15, 1980 to Arthur and Shirley (Earlenbaugh) Dawson in Akron, OH.

He loved sports, spending time with his family, and playing card games.

Steven is survived by his loving mother, Shirley; brother, Anthony (Kati) Dawson; sister, Lisa Commings; nephew, Matthew (Lisa); nieces, Ashley (Dan), Molly, Kaleigh, Makayla, and Riley. He is also survived by many great nephews, great nieces, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur J.Dawson, Jr. and grandfather, Jim (Dorothy) Dawson.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 11:00am with a funeral service following at 12:00pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions 131 N. Canton Rd. Akron, Ohio 44305. Jim Luonuansuu will officiate.
