Steven Cover

Steven G Cover was taken to heaven on May 25, 2025. He is joining his parents Herbert G Cover and Cecilia Cover (Kollar) and daughter Vanessa D Andy.Steve was born in Akron on May 4, 1957. He served the Akron, Tallmadge, Cuyahoga Falls and surrounding areas for over 45 years with his lawn care, and snow removal businesses. He also was a carpenter and helped build many businesses including his own children's businesses from the ground up.

He was married to Cindy J Mendez (Wesig), and had 2 daughters: Stephanie Cover and Vanessa D Andy (deceased), and 4 grandchildren.

He was married to Carol Cover (Tandarich) and had 4 children: Anthony Cover, Bradford Cover, Cody Cover and Demi Cover and 5 grandchildren.

Also a part of his family are his brother Keith Cover and wife Collette Cover and two nephews, along with their beautiful families. Steven had great love for his family and he will be missed by all of them.

His services will be held Monday, June 9, 2025 at Newcomer (131 N. Canton Rd., Akron), from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Flowers are welcome along with public service. We will be following up with Burial Service at Tallmadge Cemetery at 1:30 pm.
