Stephen L. Mcguire, Sr.
March 15, 1953 — May 23, 2015
Steve L. McGuire, Sr., age 62, of Atwater (Mogadore) passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2015 after a short illness. He was born March 15, 1953 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Blanch and Howard McGuire.
Steve enjoyed riding four wheelers, his motorcycle, his chickens, shooting guns, fishing and most of all his grandchildren and will be dearly missed.
He was employed with Wyoga Lake Towers as building maintance.
Steve is survived by his son, Steve (Teri) McGuire; grandchildren, Gage, Madi and Shay; brother, Mike (Shelly) McGuire and wife, Sue McGuire and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd Akron. Funeral Mass will beThursday, May 28 at 10:00am at St. Matthew Church, 2580 Brerne, Akron with Fr. Mike Williamson presiding.
