Soledad L. Cole

Soledad Lechuga Cole, 73, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 20, 2015. She was born on April 17, 1942 in Ojo Caliente in the State of Zacatecas, Mexico. She married Richard Arlen Cole, Sr. on November 23, 1962 in Ysleta, Texas, and celebrated nearly 53 years of happy marriage. Sole is survived by her husband, Richard Sr., her son Richard Cole, Jr., her daughter Julie Rose Cole, and a host of brothers, sisters, family and friends who loved her truly and dearly.


Calling hours will be held on Sunday, October 25, 2015 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Lakemore United Methodist Church, 1536 Flickinger Rd., Lakemore, and also on Monday, October 26, 2015 from 11 a.m. to noon, with the funeral to follow promptly at noon on Monday. Internment will take place at Hillside Memorial Park, 1025 N. Canton Rd., Akron, immediately following the funeral service. Friends and family are cordially invited to partake in a luncheon celebrating Sole's life following internment, on or about 2 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of Lakemore United Methodist Church.
