Shirley J. Boink, 81, of Stow, passed away April 4, 2014. She was born in Akron on February 25, 1933 to the late Harold and Flora Tracy. She was a devoted homemaker. In her free time, she enjoyed china painting, ceramics, needlework, and bingo. She belonged to the Mudhens Ceramic Club and the Red Hat Society.
Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence "Dick". She will be deeply missed by her children, Debra (Kenneth) Styer, Kevin Boink, and Tracy (Tim) Tribble; grandchildren, Beth (Scott) Meredith, Megan Styer, Richard (Maria) Tribble, Christopher Tribble, Amanda Tribble; great-grandchildren, Lucas and Abigail Tribble, Peyton Meredith, and Noah Watson. Per Shirley's wishes, no services will be held.
She will be laid to rest by her husband at Hillside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an animal shelter charity of one's choice.
