Shannon Kay James
Shannon Kay James, 28, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away January 9, 2015. Shannon was born in Akron on May 17, 1986. She was a vibrant young woman with a love for life. She was kind to everyone she met and could make anyone laugh with her terrific sense of humor. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.
Shannon was preceded in death by her mother, Theresa James. She will be deeply missed by her father, Edward James and Lee Ann Wallace; her daughter, Graceyn James; sister, Tonya (Kevin) Kurkowski; brother, Allen James; grandparents, Nancy Moore, John (Gert) Moore, Gladys and Ed James; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; and many friends.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 15, 2015 from 4-7 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to Shannon's family.
