On the same date of his birth, Scott Eric Williams of Akron passed away peacefully on September 22nd, 2014, at the age of 53, with his mom, Connie Dadich, and siblings by his side.
Scott had lost his battle with liver disease. He was born to Gary Williams and Connie (Dadich) and he attended school in Akron. Scott worked in the construction business much of his life, and owned his own roofing companies in New Mexico and Texas during the 1990s. If there was ever a textbook kid-at-heart, it was "Scotty Boy." He loved playing his guitar and singing and writing blues lyrics. He loved mom's cooking, especially her "kiss butt" chicken and chocolate chip cookies. He loved watching NFL football, a glass of cold milk, snow skiing, and all of his six siblings. Scotty's love of the simple pleasures in life, his infectious smile, and his boyish charm will be missed by all who truly knew him. We all wish we had more time with Scott, but the Lord had better plans for him.
Scotty Boy was preceded in death by his Dad (stepfather), George Dadich; Uncle Doby ("Cool Breeze"); paternal grandparents Jesse and Drucilla Williams; maternal grandparents Bill and Wynema McKay; and friend, John Robinson of Texas.
He is survived by his father, Gary Williams (wife, Bobbie) of Michigan; mom, Connie Dadich of Akron; brothers Mark of Arizona, Rick of Colorado, Geoff Dadich of Cuyahoga Falls, Nick Dadich (Rana) of Tallmadge, Ernie of Florida, and sister Sophia ("Slow Ride") and her husband John Mills of Manchester. Other people who were special in Scott's life were nieces Stacy Nook, Delanie and Samira Dadich (Nick/Rana), Uncle J.D. Williams of South Carolina, Aunt Connie and Uncle Butch Ferrebee of Portage Lakes, cousin Rodney, Aunt Linda (Uncle Doby) and David ("Big Dave"); lifelong friends Stanley Murdock, David Miller, and Jimmy Witt; and neighbors and friends Art and Paul (Pablo). Cremation Services have already taken place.
