Ruth Longshore

Ruth Lillian Longshore went home to be with the Lord on November 22, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Phoeba Burrows; husband, Robert Longshore; sisters, Elsie and Lelah; and longtime friends, Edith Oliver and Nila Osborne. She is survived by daughters, Mary Jane (Don) Pniaczek, Teresa Dennis; sons, Gene (Karen), David (Trina) and Donald (Paula) Longshore; step-children, Robert and Ronald Longshore, Roberta Mccrumen, Rita James and Ruth Bennett; close friend, Eunice Dotson; and a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank Jackson Ridge Care Center and Crossroads Hospice for their warm compassionate care for our mother during this time. We will be forever grateful. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Jackson Ridge Care Center in Canal Fulton or Crossroads Hospice of Green.
