Ronald A. Zonker, 62, of Akron passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 1, 2015 at his farm in southern, Ohio. He was born in Akron, Ohio on January 1, 1954 to the late Charles and Betty Zonker.
Ron was employed with the U.S. Post Office in Seville and had many interest including music, sports and spending time on his farm.
Ron is survived by his sister, Karen Carson and brother, Paul (Debbie) Zonker; nephews, Tom, Christopher and Steve; niece, Adriane; longtime companion and friend, Sally Ragar and her family and numerous other family and friend.
In honoring Ron's wishes he has been cremated and a celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Firestone Park United Methodist Church, 250 N Firestone Blvd. Akron, Ohio 44301 at 3:00pm with Pastor Pat Christ officiating.
