Ronald Legnasky, 71, boarded his train to heaven on May 20, 2012. Ron loved cars, trains, and boats.
Preceded in death by his wife, Ann; parents, Joseph and Margaret Legnasky. Survivors include sons, Ronald "Joey" (Krystal), Michael Wanless; grandson, Vance; long-time girlfriend, Belinda Taggart, and family.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, 6 p.m., at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Family and friends may gather one hour prior to the service. Being a "t-shirt and jeans" kind of guy, Ron would have been the last one to dress up for his own funeral, so please dress casually and comfortably. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
