Robert A. Lowe

Master Sergeant (ret) Robert A. Lowe has left us and heaven gained an angel. Robert Lowe, son of John E. Lowe and Sarah Sothen, was born August 30th 1944 in Akron Ohio. Robert was a Vietnam veteran serving in the U.S. Army from 1961 through 1964, and the U.S. Air Force from 1964 until he retired in 1984. He is survived by brothers and sisters; Jim, Becky, Buddy (Marie), Caren, Nancy (Rick), Jackie, Judi (Bob), Maddi (Dave), Lillian (John), Jennie (Wayne), OClare (April) and 2 other brothers we are still looking for, Timothy George Lowe and William Knight Montgomery Brown. He also has numerous nephews and nieces. He also leaves behind his very special friend and angel Nancy Taylor, and of course many other friends and family.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home,131 N. Canton Rd, Akron, Ohio 44305. A funeral service will be held on FRIDAY, November 11, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home.

Internment will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
