Robert I. "Bob" Charlton, 56, passed away on November 16, 2010. Bob was a past Master of DeMolay, Portage Lakes, and a member of Rolling Thunder, Chapter 2. Preceded in death by his mother, Norma Jean Charlton. Survivors include his father, Robert B. Charlton; sons, Jason, Justin, and Daniel; grandchildren, Connor, Riley, and Maggie; and brother, William (Cecilia). Calling hours will be Saturday, 2-5 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N.
