Bob Hershberger, 76, born on March 5, 1936, passed away after a long battle with cancer. Bob was called home to be with the Lord, family and friends on June 6, 2012.
He was preceded in death by his father, Noah Hershberger; mother, Molly Paflas; brothers, Elmer, Harold and Clark; sisters, Vera and Sandy; son Robert. Retired from Ford and Stow Glen. He has been cremated by his wishes.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 56 years, Patricia; children, Danean, Shelly, John, Mike and Christine Coker; 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
There will be a Celebration of Life Service given by Pastor Kim Barnett, at Stow Glen Retirement Village, 4285 Kent Road, Stow, Ohio in Cedar Hall Community Room, Saturday, June 9th at 1 PM, for an informal gathering. Bob was a life long Ohio State fan.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
