Robert George Weekly, 60, passed away June 16, 2014.
He was born in Akron on June 23, 1953. George served in the U.S. Army. He loved working on cars, woodworking, and construction. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
George was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Janice and George Kirby; father, David George Weekly; and granddaughter, Jacinda.
He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Lori; daughters, Crystal (Ronnie) Teaster and Amber Weekly; step-daughter, Lorna (Michael) Gentry; siblings, Dianne Smith, Greg Kirby, and Linda (Chris) Reppe; grandchildren, Lauren Gentry, Mercaydes and Chase Ward, Michael, Keith, Cheyenne, and Adam Gentry, Nadia Burns, Morgan Barnes, Tiffany and Tyler Teaster, Ashley Dixon, Kristy Hutsell; several great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. George also leaves many good friends, especially Ronald Bowman, Moira Mosher, and Barb Syvertsen. He will be missed by his beloved dog, Loki.
Visitation will be Friday, June 20 from 4-6 p.m. followed by a 6:00 p.m. memorial service.
