Robert Foster

Robert "Bob" Leroy Foster passed away suddenly on Thursday, July 17, 2014, two days before his 59th birthday. He was the son of James F. and Caroline Foster. Bob grew up in Akron and attended Central-Hower High School. He was employed by Ferry Industries. Bob enjoyed golfing and seeing his buddies at the Mogadore Moose. He had a quick smile that lit up the room. He is preceded in death by his father, James F. and nephew, James A. Foster. Bob is survived by his mother, Caroline; brothers, David, and James (Bonnie); sisters, Carol (Bill) Bishop and Linda (Sidney) Foster. We shall keep Bob alive in the Memories of his nephew, William Bishop, niece, Karen Bishop (Justin) Crissman and family and Kimberly Foster (Jeff) Lynch and family .The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 27, 2014 in the Newcomer Funeral Home 131 N. Canton Rd. Akron, Ohio 44305 from 2 to 4pm with funeral service to follow at 4pm.
