Robert Faidley

Robert E Faidley Jr., 84, of Akron, passed away September 7, 2014. Robert was born in Akron, Ohio on June 25, 1930 to the late Robert E. Sr. and Jule Faidley. Robert was self employed as Brick Mason for 16 years and retired from Akron Public Schools Maintenance Department in 1991. He served in the U.S. Navy SeaBees during the Korean War. He was a life member of the DAV and the VFW . Robert is survived by wife, Jeannine of 63 years; sons, Brad (Shirley), and Brett (Becky); two grandchildren, Margo and Evan; sister, Gerry Testa; nephew, Todd Testa and great nephew, Todd (Stacy) Testa. Family and friends may call on, Monday, September 15, 2014 from 10 to 11am at Newcomer Funeral Home 131 N. Canton Road, Akron, where funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 am with Rev. Scott Carr officiating. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park .
