Robert Dimeff

Robert C. "Boris" Dimeff, 81, passed away December 16, 2014. He was born in Akron, OH on June 25, 1933 to the late Christ and Mary Dimeff. He worked for Admiral Equipment and Akron City Parks and Recreation. Boris was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, chaplain of the American Legion Post 449, member of the V.F.W. and an active member of the Ellet Baseball Assoc. Robert is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Judy; sons; Kenneth L. Sisler, of Birmingham, AL., Dr. Robert J. (Joanne) Dimeff, M.D., of Dallas, TX., daughters; Cindy K. (Michael) Minrovic and Michelle M. Dimeff, both of Akron, OH.; grandchildren; Kimberly, Brandon (Megan), Bryan, Bradley, Brittany, Alexandra; great-grandchildren; Alex, Sydney and Karis; brother; Mick Dimeff and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Calling hours will be held on Friday, December 19, 2014 from 4-7pm. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 10am at Newcomer Funeral Home 131 N. Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44305. Interment Lakewood Cemetery.
