Richard Nagle

Richard D. "Sonny" Nagle, 68, resident of Springfield Twp, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 6, 2012. Sonny was born in Westover, PA to Blanche and Owen Nagle. He was a retired local 24 Teamster truck driver for Mason Dixon. Sonny was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping with his family. He could fix anything and enjoyed tinkering in his garage.

Sonny was a friend to everyone and always was there to help anyone in need. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Owen, Ed, Fred, Lou and Mary Nagle. Survived by wife of 47 years, Patty (nee Kudlawiec) Nagle; children, Richard (Michelle) Nagle, Robert Nagle and Melinda (Jeramie) Weakland; grandchildren, Mackenzie, Olivia, JJ and Logan; siblings, Harry "Joe" (Mary Jane) Nagle, Jeannette Everard and Pat LaBelle; many nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and his dog, Dewey.

Friends may call 5:00 – 8:00 PM on Friday, November 9, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305 where the funeral service will take place at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 10, 2012.
