Richard L. Freshwaters, 63, passed away on Friday, November 6, 2015. Richard was born on January 26,1952 to Harry and Ruth Freshwaters.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Bob Freshwaters.
He is survived by his loving wife, Laurel Fisher of 22 years; friend and brother David Freshwaters and cousin, Betsy Gossard. Richard will be deeply missed by his family and all those who knew him well.
Donations can be made to the family in Richard's honor.
A private memorial will be held at a later date.
