Richard Wilson Butcher went home to be with the Lord on December 6, 2014. He was born on June 16, 1930 in Clarksburg, W.V. to William and Willa Butcher. He was survived by his sister, Betty (Robert) Hinton. Private graveside services will be held at a later date.
