Richard Ast, 90, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away on April 18, 2016. He was born on December 25, 1925 and proudly served his country as a US Army veteran with the 69th Infantry Division. Richard was an avid fisherman, bowler, loved to golf, and enjoyed himself at casinos.
Richard was preceded in death by his loving wife of 58 years, Ann; parents, Charles Albert and Clara; son, Dennis; grandson, Jesse; two brothers and two sisters. He is survived by his son, Charles R. (Lori); grandchildren, Shawna, Dennis, Vikki, Charles Jr., and Sean; great-grandchildren, Ulric, Trinitey, Madox, and Ronan.
Graveside service will be held on Monday, April 25, 2016 at 11:00am at Oakwood Cemetery, Cuyahoga Falls. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity.
