Rev. John Talmadge Ballew, age 84 of Akron, Ohio, went to heaven on December 21, 2016 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Helen.
Survivors include his children, Brenda (James) Orr, Jimmy Ballew, and Talma Keener; his sister, Bonnie (John) Johnson; 8 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Bill (Cheyenne) Ensalaco.
Calling hours will be held from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron on Tuesday, December 27, 2016, with funeral services starting at 1:00 PM.
John will be laid to rest next to his wife in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Akron.
