Rebecca A. Welsh

Rebecca A Welsh (Harland) 57, passed away on August 3, 2018, just two days after her birthday. Rebecca was born on August 1st, 1961 and was a graduate of Cuyahoga Falls high school. She loved being outside enjoying the fresh air. Her favorite color was grass green, and she loved flowers of all kinds. She was a collector of scottie dogs, loved a good book and you were truly lucky if you have anything crocheted from her! Her children and grandchildren were her world and I know she is looking down smiling at all of us! Mom, until we meet again, I love you to the moon and back!

She is preceded in death by her mother Maryanne B Harland, her son Andrew R Harland, and sister-in-law Beth A Harland. She is survived by her father Bernard (Marge) Harland, sister Elizabeth (Ed) Plazak, brothers Bernard (Jeweldeen) Harland and Robert Harland; Daughters Katherine (Josh) Spears and Maryanne Welsh, and sons John Wiendahl and Jeffrey Welsh. She was an amazing grandma to 7 beautiful grandchildren, Dante, Jason, Mollie, Ezra, Kylie, Siren, and Lena. She is loved and will be missed dearly by her many family and friends, aunts and uncles, and cousins. Memorial service to be held on Friday, August 10, 2018 from 3-5pm at Newcomer Funeral Home 131 N Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to her daughter at Newcomer Funeral Home c/o Katherine Spears.
