Rebecca L. Hammonds

Rebecca L. Hammonds, 45, of Akron, Ohio, passed away August 23, 2014 following a brief illness. She was born in Akron, Ohio on March 6, 1969. Becky always took the time to make those around her feel happy. She cherished taking care of others and making them laugh with one of her jokes.

Becky leaves to cherish her memory her Parents, Lynn and Dallas Hammonds, Sons, Joseph Hammonds and Mark Yost, Daughter, Holley Yost, Brother, Jason (Shelley) Hammonds, Grandmother, Evelyn Scalia, Granddaughter, Caroline Shirey, and her Nieces and Nephews.

Family and friends may call on Thursday, August 28, 2014 from 4:00 pm-6:00 pm at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Road, Akron, where funeral services will be held Thursday at 6:00 pm following visitation.
