Phillip Lee Millirons, 47, of Akron, passed away unexpectedly on May 30, 2026 after a short illness. He was born on July 7, 1978 in Akron, Ohio to the late Tina and Lee Millirons. Phil attended Garfield High School and spent many years in the car industry as a detailer. In later years worked as a chef in the service industry.
Phil was a loving father, husband, brother, and uncle to his family. He was an avid motorcycle rider who could ride a motorcycle every day of the year if he could. Phil loved to have family dinners, laugh with his brothers, nieces, and nephews. He was an all-around great human being who brought joy and warmth to everyone around him. He was a caring man with a big heart who would do anything for anyone. He was an avid Boston sports fan, his favorite being the Bruins, and of course the New England Patriots.
He spent his life surrounded by a very large and loving family, spanning the country from Massachusetts, Maine, and Georgia.
Phil was survived by his wife of 20 years, Kathy MacBride and her son, Billy Strutz;
Children, Nathan Millirons and Alexis Apollonio;
Siblings, Paul Millirons, Kim Millirons, Michelle Millirons, identical twin Patrick Millirons, and Uncle Ricky;
