Pearl Nancy Eyre
Pearl Nancy Eyre, 92, passed away on November 27, 2015 at Chapel Hill Community. She was born in Akron and retired as a registered nurse from Akron General Medical Center. She was a lifelong member of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church where she served as past president of the Altar Aid. Preceded in death by her son, Jimmie Whitehair, she is survived by her son, Jack (Martha) Whitehair and grandson, Thomas Whitehair.
The family would like to thank the staff of Chapel Hill for the dedicated, loving, compassionate care shown to Pearl.
Family and friends may call on Sunday, November 29, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where funeral services will be held on Monday at 10:00 a.m. Interment at St. Nicholas Orthodox Cemetery.
