Paul C. Newman

Paul Craig Newman, 75, of Akron, passed away on September 14, 2025 at Hospice Care Center. He was born on May 11, 1950 to Wilfred and June (Bee) Newman in Akron, Ohio. He graduated from Green High School in 1968.

Paul worked for over 45 years at Ohio Fabricators Inc where he retired as President in 2015.

Paul is survived by his loving wife, Janice; children, Jennifer, Jason (Keri) and Julie Newman (Mike Lyons) and Nick McHenry; as well as grandchildren, Jeremy, Jessica, Addison, Dylan and Haley.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilfred and June; brothers, Ted and Todd; and his sister, Judy.

Family and friends are invited to Paul's memorial service at Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N Canton Rd, Akron, Ohio 44305) on Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 1:30pm until 2pm. His visitation will follow from 2pm until 4pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Paul's memory to Justin T. Rogers Hospice Care Center (3358 Ridgewood Rd, Fairlawn, Ohio 44333).
