Paul S. Huffman

Paul S. Huffman, 83, of Akron, passed away on September 12, 2025. He was born in Wadsworth on February 17, 1942 to the late Murray and Dorothy {Shaub} Huffman.

In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by Joyce Huffman and Maryann Huffman, and siblings Jack, Roy, Jerry, Mary, Sarah and Wayne.

Paul is survived by his loving daughter Tammy (Darryl) Culpepper and son, Paul S. Huffman II; grandchildren Brandy (Mike) Broa, Steven (Brooke) Deering and Brittany (Jarett) Prince; great-grandchildren Reese, Jaxon, Everly, Madison and Isla; brothers Clyde and John Huffman. He is also survived by Tracy, her children Danielle and Scottie and their families.

Paul began his career driving for Lyons Transportation Lines Trucking for 25 years, as well as the US Postal Service, and also served as a trustee for the Teamster's Local 24.

Paul's pool was one of his favorite places to be, soaking in the sunshine and watching his family and friends play, swim and enjoy cookouts.

Paul was the kind of person that made friends easily and everywhere. He was especially fond of his regular run-ins, such as his Thursday breakfast trips to see Karen at Bob Evans, the waitresses at Molly Brown's, and his favorite nurse at the podiatrist's office.
